Introduction

What you are seeing is the Director’s Notebook for Crossroads’ 2026 Production entitled, “The Final Hours.”

Premise::

This production follows the last 24 hours of Jesus’ life, beginning at (roughly) 3pm on Thursday and ending at 3pm on Friday. It will focus on the final events of His life, leading to His crucifixion.

How to Use this Notebook::

this notebook is a “read only” document. It includes all notes and dialogue for the production. This is a “living” document in that as the director makes changes/edits to the document, they change in real time.

This document utilizes “nested” documents and toggle headings.

• Any item that has a 💢 symbol next to it, is a nested document. Simple press or click on the heading and it will take you to a new document.
  • To return to the main page, simple look at the top of any “nested document” for the “💢The Final Hours:: Director’s Notebook” heading and press/click it.
• Toggle headings will have a Black🔻next to it
  • When the triangle points down, the content within the heading is expanded and visible
